hi i am in a bit of a quandry.
we are restructuring at work and currently employ 4 full timers , one working 30 hours and one working 24 hours.
the new structure is a 40 hour week but only has accomodation for 4 full timers, or 3 full time and 2 job sharing.
the scoring is very close between one of the full timers and one that works 30 hours.
if hypathetically the 30 hour employee was chosen what happens about the other employee who job shares with him and works 24 hours, as we would then have 4.5 employees, and be overstaffed?
