just wondered if my company can force me to work on a 4 day week .have read somewhere acas or directgov not sure where that it would be classed as a breach of contract for them to force us on a 4 day week and we could protest
tiny company with 5 employees ,no written contracts and 80,000 plus in the bank.
i think its being done to cover the money which would be used for redundancy payouts rather than it run out on a monthly basis but it does not help the fact that the director is doing nothing(looking for work) to stem the decline .just more interested in having redundancy
can i be forced on 4 days
