We are looking to re-employ a former redundant employee, they left on relatively good terms and there remains good contact. the reployment will be very amicable just need to know if any of there are any commuted rights from the former employment from feb 2009

No, there are no commuted rights. It is a case of starting from scratch with their employment (see the answer I have just posted to a query from Dee Love)
