I have just been made redundant from my job as a weighbridge operator. I was the only weighbridge operator at the company although other people could use the weighbridge none had the updated training i had been given. they still continue to use the weighbridge on a daily basis, even though the position was made redundant is this aloud? any response would be much appreciatied.
