This phone service was an absolute goldmine of information. This morning the whole office was told that we've to attend a meeting this afternoon. It really doesn't sound good.

So glad I googled upon this page and now feel much more armed for said meeting. I will hopefully report back (assuming I still have access to computer).

Best 15 mins I've ever spent during a lunch hour. Thank you soooooo much and wish us luck.

Mandy
